2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid any cancellation charges.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the original payment method and subject to approval.
• Failure to appear for an appointment without notice may result in forfeiture of payment.

3. Health & Safety

• Clients must inform therapists of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before treatment.
• Divya Beauty Spa reserves the right to refuse service if a treatment may pose a health risk.

4. Personal Belongings

• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items brought to the spa.
• Please keep valuables safe or leave them at home.

5. Conduct

• Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other clients.
• Divya Beauty Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior.

6. Services & Pricing

• All services and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
